基于激光熔覆技术Stellite6涂层厚度对于界面结合强度的影响

Influence of Stellite6 Coating Thickness on Interfacial Bond Strength Based on Laser Cladding Technology

摘要 为探究汽轮机末级叶片基体与涂层结合强度的影响因素,利用激光熔覆技术制备了不同厚度的Stellite6合金涂层,通过多次实验确定了最佳熔覆工艺参数,并对不同厚度的熔覆层进行了硬度试验、拉伸试验和显微组织分析,研究了涂层厚度对汽轮机末级叶片涂层界面结合强度的影响。结果表明:熔覆层厚度的增加可显著提高汽轮机末级叶片的力学性能,进而提升汽轮机末级叶片耐冲蚀能力;同时,适当增加涂层厚度可有效提升涂层和基材结合界面的结合强度,延缓熔覆涂层的失效时间。 In order to investigate the influencing factors of the bonding strength between the substrate and the coating of the turbine final-stage blade,this paper uses the laser cladding technology to prepare Stellite6 alloy coatings with different thicknesses,determines the optimal cladding process parameters through several experiments,and conducts hardness test,tensile test and microstructure analysis of cladding layers with different thicknesses,which reveals the influence of the coating thicknesses on the interfacial bonding strength of the coating of the turbine end-stage blade.The results show that the thickness of the fusion cladding layer increases with the thickness of the fusion cladding.The results show that the increase of the thickness of the fusion cladding layer can significantly improve the mechanical properties of the turbine final stage blades,and thus enhance the erosion resistance of the turbine final stage blades.At the same time,an appropriate increase in the thickness of the coating layer can effectively improve the bonding strength of the interface between the coating layer and the substrate,and delay the failure of the fusion cladding layer.
