摘要
某火电厂燃煤锅炉引风机主轴运行约86600 h,未到设计寿命即发生了开裂故障,为查明引风机主轴开裂的原因,通过宏观形貌分析、化学成分检验、显微组织分析及力学性能检验等方法进行了综合分析。结果表明,引风机主轴的化学成分、组织、布氏硬度及屈服强度均不符合国家标准要求,且其内部组织不均匀。分析认为,在运行过程中引风机中轴的表面发生了明显的磨损,出现应力集中的现象,这会导致主轴开裂。主轴开裂的主要原因是其承受力不足,且主轴材料的热处理工艺不当会降低引风机主轴的综合力学性能,加速其裂纹的扩展。最后提出了预防引风机主轴开裂的技术建议。
The main shaft of induced draft fan of a coal-fired boiler runs for about 86600 h and cracks occur before its design life.A comprehensive analysis is carried out by means of macroscopic morphology analysis,chemical composition examination,microstructure analysis and mechanical properties examination.The results show that the chemical composition,microstructure,brinell hardness and yield strength of the spindle do not meet the standard requirements,and the microstructure is not uniform.The analysis shows that the obvious wear marks on the surface of the shaft in the course of running,which cause stress concentration.Insufficient bearing capacity of the shaft is the main cause of cracking,and due to improper heat treatment process,the comprehensive mechanical properties of the main shaft of the induced draft fan are reduced,and the crack propagation is accelerated.Finally,the technical suggestions to prevent the main shaft crack of induced draft fan are put forward.
