摘要
目的分析整体性护理在乳腺癌骨转移患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月-2024年1月徐州市中心医院收治的60例乳腺癌骨转移患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组各30例。对照组采用常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上采用整体性护理。比较两组心理社会适应能力、症状困扰情况及生活质量。结果护理前,两组乳腺癌心理社会适应问卷、中文版安德森症状评估量表(MDASI)及乳腺癌患者生命质量测定量表(FACT-B)各维度评分及总分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,两组乳腺癌心理社会适应问卷、FACT-B各维度评分及总分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组;MDASI各维度评分及总分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体性护理能够增强乳腺癌骨转移患者的心理社会适应能力,降低症状困扰程度,提高其生活质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of holistic nursing intervention in patients with bone metastasis of breast cancer.Methods A total of 60 patients with bone metastasis of breast cancer admitted to Xuzhou Central Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group with 30 patients in each group by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received holistic nursing based on the control group.Psychosocial adaptability,symptom distress and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the scores and total scores of psychosocial adjustment questionnaire,Chinese version of M.D.Anderson Symptom Inventory(MDASI)and Function Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Breast(FACT-B)between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores and total scores of psychosocial adaptation questionnaire and FACT-B in both groups were higher than before nursing,and the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The scores and total scores of MDASI in all dimensions were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Holistic nursing can enhance the psycho-social adaptability of patients with bone metastases of breast cancer,reduce the degree of symptom distress and improve their quality of life.
