摘要
泡沫铝是一种兼具结构性与功能性的新型轻金属材料,具有质轻、高强、吸音、隔声、防火、隔热、吸能缓冲及电磁屏蔽等性能。作为轻量化材料,可应用在轨道列车的地板、内衬、隔断及车门中;作为功能材料,可用于轨道交通设备设施的隔音降噪、吸能防爆、电磁屏蔽。除此之外,还可用于轨道交通标识标牌、情报板、轨道墩柱的安全防护、列车设备的保温隔热及车站站台或大厅装饰等场合。在实际应用中,泡沫铝产品面临着产品尺寸受限、应用产品不够成熟、生产成本偏高、缺乏标准规范支撑及性能一致性不完善等问题,有待进一步深入地研究。
Aluminum foam is a new type of light metal material that has both structural and functional properties.It has the properties of light weight,high strength,sound absorption and sound insulation,fire prevention and heat insulation,energy absorption and explosion prevention,and electromagnetic shielding.As a light weight material,it can be used in the floors,linings,partitions and doors of trains.As a functional material,it can be used for sound insulation and noise reduction,energy absorption and explosion prevention,and electromagnetic shielding of rail transit equipment and facilities.In addition,it can also be used in rail transit signs,information boards,safety protection of rail piers,thermal insulation of train equipment,and decoration of station platforms or halls.In actual applications,aluminumfoam faces problems such as limited product size,immature application products,high production costs,lack of standard support and performance consistency,which need further in-depth research.
