摘要
复合材料由于具备轻质高强、抗疲劳、耐腐蚀等特性,在轨道交通领域具有很大的潜在市场和发展前景。目前复合材料大量应用在轨道车辆内部设施和装修材料等非承载结构零件中,在承载结构件和大型结构件中因存在诸多限制因素,仍无法达到广泛应用。本文主要从转向架轻量化设计角度出发,结合复合材料力学性能以及国内外研究现状,对复合材料在转向架各承载部件中的应用进行了可行性分析。随后阐述了国内复合材料在转向架系统中应用存在的问题,最后提出加快复合材料应用的可行性建议。
The composite materials have a great potential market and development prospect in the field of rail transit due to its characteristics of light weight, high strength, fatigue resistance and corrosion resistance. At present, a large number of composite materials are used in the non-bearing structure parts, such as internal facilities of rail vehicles and decoration materials etc. However it can not achieve a wide range of applications in the bearing structure and large structural parts under many restrictions. Based on the lightweight design of bogie, combined with the mechanical properties of composite materials and the research status at home and abroad, the feasibility analysis of the application of composite materials in the bearing parts of bogie was carried out in this paper. Then the problems existing in the application of domestic composite materials in bogie system are expounded, and finally the feasible suggestions for accelerating the application of composite materials are put forward.
