摘要
“新双高”以“办学能力高水平、产教融合高质量”为导向,高度凝练了职业教育改革发展战略任务和重点工作,深刻揭示了职业教育未来的发展趋势。新发展阶段,职业教育面临六大新任务:深入践行立德树人根本任务,致力于塑造核心价值;积极投身于教育强国建设,助力教育、科技、人才一体化发展;大力推进现代职业教育体系建设,持续深化产教融合;系统探索职业教育数字化,赋能新型生产力发展;加强职业教育“五金”新基建,提高职业教育的适应性;全面落实职业教育“五个面向”,着力提升国际竞争力。鉴于此,提出职业教育以“贡献度”“支撑力”彰显职教教育强国之为、以高水平办学能力彰显服务经济社会发展之责、以专业升级彰显赋能新质生产力发展之力、以学生全面发展彰显职教的教育之本、以职教新基建彰显职业教育的适应性之适、以职教出海彰显助力构建人类命运共同体之实的发展新趋势。
Guided by"high level of educational capacity and high quality of industry-education integration",the"New Doublehigh"has highly condensed the strategic tasks and key work of vocational education reform and development,and profoundly revealed the future trends of vocational education.In the new stage of development,vocational education faces six major new tasks:First,deeply implementing the fundamental task of building moral and cultivating people to shape core values;Second,actively participating in the construction of education power to contribute to integrated development of education,science and technology and talents;Third,vigorously constructing the modern vocational education system and continuously deepening industry-education integration;Fourth,exploring the digital education systematically to empower the development of new quality productivity;Fifth,strengthening the"five golds"new infrastructure for vocational education to improve its adaptability;Finally,implementing the"five orientations"of vocational education to focus on enhancing international competitiveness.As a result,it is proposed that vocational education should demonstrate its role in building an educationally strong nation through its"contribution degree"and"supporting force,"showcase its responsibility to serve economic and social development through high-level educational capacity,exhibit its ability to empower the development of new quality productivity through professional upgrading,emphasize the educational essence of vocational education through comprehensive development of students,demonstrate the adaptability of vocational education through new infrastructure,and highlight its practical contributions to helping build a community with a shared future for mankind through vocational education going global.These represent the new trends in the development of vocational education.
