摘要
高校学生管理者应分析学生管理的价值取向,以爱护学生、尊重学生、关注学生价值实现、潜能发挥、个体提高为导向,增强情感投入,渗透人文关怀理念,进而将人文关怀融入高校学生管理的不同过程中,真正实现在学生管理中培养学生、尊重学生、关心学生,弘扬人本精神、彰显人文精神,推进学生健康发展的目标。为此,本文结合高校学生管理中人文关怀的科学内涵与特性,明确人文关怀的原则与内容、冲突与逻辑,提出高校学生管理科学的建构路径。
College student managers should analyze the value orientation of student management,guided by caring for students,respecting students,paying attention to their value realization,potential development,and individual improvement,enhancing emotional investment,infiltrating the concept of humanistic care,and then integrating humanistic care into different processes of college student management,truly realizing the cultivation,respect and care of students in student management,and promoting the humanistic spirit to demonstrate humanistic spirit and promote the goal of healthy development of students.Therefore,combining the scientific connotation of humanistic care in student management,this paper clarifies the principles and content,conflicts and logic of humanistic care,and proposes a scientific construction path.
