摘要
研究旨在响应城市更新的发展趋势,以济南市七里河小区为例,探索并创新老旧小区公共空间的微更新模式。通过问卷调查和实地观察,深入调研了小区居民的活动特点、行为习惯及空间环境特征。借鉴马斯洛需求层次理论,分析了老旧小区公共空间存在的问题,并从空间优化、社交互动、环境品质、居民参与四个方面,提出了针对性的公共空间更新设计方案。该方案旨在打造功能性与人文关怀兼具的公共空间环境,为老旧小区更新提供参考,以期推动城市更新工作更加贴近民生需求,实现科学高效的目标。
This study aims to respond to the development trend of urban renewal and take Qilihe Community in Jinan City as an example to explore and innovate the micro-renewal model of public space in the old community.Through questionnaire survey and field observation,the activity characteristics,behavior habits and spatial environment characteristics of the residents of the community are deeply investigated.At the same time,learn from Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,this paper analyzes the existing problems of public space in old residential areas,and puts forward a targeted public space renewal design scheme from four aspects:space optimization,social interaction,environmental quality and residents'participation.The program aims to create a public space environment with both functional and humanistic care,provide a feasible reference for the renewal of old residential areas,promote urban renewal work closer to the needs of people's livelihood,and achieve the goal of scientific and efficient.
