摘要
我国已经进入“老龄化时代”,政府和社会应对人口老龄化任务逐渐加剧,子女养老负担越来越重。基于“互联网+”技术的农村新型互助养老模式是在互联网技术的支持下,构建农村互助幸福院,实施“积分增减制”,充分发挥农村低龄有能力老人的才能与力量,为高龄和低龄失能老人带去简单的照料和精神慰藉,以实现低龄有能力老人老有所为的同时,保证高龄、低龄失能老人老有所养的互助养老模式,缓解代际矛盾,减轻子女压力和国家财政负担。
China has entered the"aging era",the government and society to cope with the aging of the population task is gradually intensifying,and the burden of children's pension is getting heavier and heavier.Based on the"Internet+"technology,the new rural mutual aid pension model is to build a rural mutual aid and happiness home with the support of Internet technology,implement the"integral increase and decrease system",give full play to the talents and strength of the rural young and capable elderly,and bring simple care and spiritual comfort to the elderly and young disabled elderly,so as to realize the mutual assistance and pension model of the elderly and disabled at the same time,ensure that the elderly and disabled elderly have something to do,alleviate the intergenerational contradictions,and reduce the pressure on children and the financial burden of the state.
