摘要
自新医改以来,我国卫生人力资源迅速增长,但我国卫生人力资源仍存在医护结构失衡、学历不高、配置不合理等问题,在一定程度上影响公共卫生服务的效率和医疗服务的可及性,相关部门应高度重视卫生人力资源建设,积极采取措施,提升卫生人力资源总量和整体素质,着重优化城乡卫生人力资源的合理配置,促进卫生人力资源均衡发展,构建卫生人力资源新格局。
Since the new healthcare reform,health human resources have grown rapidly,but there are still problems with imbalance in healthcare structure,low education level,and unreasonable allocation of health human resources in China,which directly affect the efficiency of public health services and the accessibility of medical services.It is rec-ommended that relevant government departments attach great importance to the construction of health human re-sources,promote the balanced development of health human resources,and build a new pattern of health human re-sources.
