高速动车组车下蓄电池箱构架疲劳载荷谱研究

Study on Fatigue Loading Spectra of the Battery Box Frame Under High-speed EMU

摘要 随着我国高速动车组运行速度和轻量化要求的不断提高,车下设备安装结构的抗疲劳能力也面临巨大挑战,文章基于某动车组车下蓄电池箱构架开展了疲劳载荷谱研究。通过线路试验,发现蓄电池箱构架的振动加速度和动应力的主频在8~22 Hz范围,推断构架发生了共振,并因此导致较高的动应力。实测线路上构架和枕梁的振幅对比IEC 61373:2010标准载荷谱出现部分超标现象。当列车运营速度高于350 km/h时,枕梁的垂向加速度部分超过标准谱,说明标准谱适合于低于350 km/h的列车速度,但如果速度更高,则有必要重新评估该标准限值。最后提出了以下建议:修改现有标准的低频和高频载荷谱覆盖范围,并根据列车运营速度对载荷谱进行分级;形成动态仿真模拟的规范化设计流程;开展系统性线路激励载荷数据收采集和分析,最终形成符合我国实际运行条件的高速动车组载荷谱标准体系。 With the continuous increasing of the running speed and lightweight requirements of high-speed EMUs in China,the anti-fatigue ability of the underframe equipments is still a great challenge.In this paper,the fatigue loading spectra are studied based on the battery box frame under an EMU.With the field tests,it is found that the main frequency of the vibration acceleration and dynamic stress of the frame is in the range of 8~22 Hz,and it could be inferred that the resonance happens to the frame,which will lead to higher dynamic stress.The vibration characteristics of the battery box frame and the bolster are compared with the IEC 61373:2010 standard loading spectra,and it is found that vibrational amplitude of the frame and the bolster are partially over IEC 61373 standard,and the vertical ASD of the bolster exceeds the standard limits when the train speed is above 350 km/h.It could be deduced that the limits in IEC 61373 may be appropriate at the train speeds below 350 km/h,but if the speed is higher,it is necessary to re-evaluate whether the limits of the standard are safe or not.Finally,the following suggestions are proposed:modify the coverage range of low-frequency and high-frequency load spectra in existing standards,and classify the load spectra based on train operating speed;establish a standardized design process for dynamic simulation and emulation;systematic collection and analysis of line excitation load data should be planned,and a high-speed train load spectrum standard system is ultimately formed to meet the operating requirements in China.
