摘要
对机械工程中常用的疲劳分析方法进行了总结对比,主要包括名义应力法、局部应力应变法。结合有限元分析,给出了疲劳强度校核的一般性步骤。并以轨道车辆下吊设备风缸的吊带为例,通过有限元建模、应力计算、疲劳分析,详细阐释了轨道车辆下吊设备的疲劳强度校核过程。对产品结构设计提供疲劳校验的参考方案。
In this paper, the fatigue analysis methods used in mechanical engineering are summarized and compared, including nominal stress method and local stress strain method. Combined with the finite element analysis, the general steps of checking fatigue strength are given. With the example of the sling of the wind turbine under the rail vehicle, the fatigue strength checking process of the railway equipment is explained in detail through the finite element modeling, stress calculation and fatigue analysis. A reference scheme for fatigue verification of product structure design.
