摘要
目的探讨归脾汤加逍遥散在乳腺癌改良根治术患者术后辅助治疗中的应用效果。方法依据治疗方案的不同将106例乳腺癌改良根治术患者分为对照组(n=51)和观察组(n=55),对照组患者接受常规术后治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上接受归脾汤加逍遥散治疗。比较两组患者的中医证候积分、癌因性疲乏程度[Piper疲乏量表(PFS)]、血清嗜铬粒蛋白A(CgA)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)水平及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组患者主症、次症积分和总积分均低于本组治疗前,观察组患者主症、次症积分和总积分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗后,两组患者PFS各维度评分均低于本组治疗前,观察组患者PFS各维度评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血清CgA、TNF-α和IL-1β水平均低于本组治疗前,观察组患者血清CgA、TNF-α和IL-1β水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。观察组患者的治疗总有效率为89.09%,高于对照组患者的70.59%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论归脾汤加逍遥散治疗乳腺癌改良根治术患者的临床疗效显著,可改善中医证候,减轻癌因性疲乏程度,降低血清CgA、TNF-α、IL-1β水平。
Objective To investigate the application effect of Guipi decoction plus Xiaoyao powder in adjuvant treatment of patients with breast cancer after modified radical mastectomy.Method According to different treatment methods,106 patients with breast cancer after modified radical mastectomy were divided into control group(n=51)and observation group(n=55).Patients in the control group received routine postoperative treatment,while patients in the observation group received Guipi decoction plus Xiaoyao powder treatment on the basis of the control group.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,degree of cancer-related fatigue[Piper fatigue scale(PFS)],serum chromogranin A(CgA),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)levels,and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Result After treatment,the main symptom,secondary symptom scores and total scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,the main symptom,secondary symptom scores and total score in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of all dimensions of PFS in both groups were lower than those before treatment,the scores of all dimensions of PFS in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum CgA,TNF-αand IL-1βin both groups were lower than those before treatment,the levels of serum CgA,TNF-αand IL-1βin observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in observation group was 89.09%,which was higher than 70.59%in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Guipi decoction plus Xiaoyao powder in adjuvant treatment of patients with breast cancer after modified radical mastectomy is significant,which can improve traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,alleviate cancer-related fatigue,and reduce the levels of serum CgA,TNF-αand IL-1β.
