摘要
乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检可使早期乳腺癌患者免于腋窝淋巴结清扫及其带来的并发症,已成为早期乳腺癌患者的标准手术方式之一。但是精准医疗时代下,乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检在临床实施过程中仍存在定位不够准确、淋巴结过度切除等问题。针对这些问题,研究团队建立了精准前哨淋巴结活检的齐鲁流程、提出了前哨淋巴结区域精细解剖理念,并报道了前哨淋巴结的解剖变异以及与上肢引流淋巴结的位置关系。研究成果对于早期乳腺癌患者腋窝淋巴引流的理解和腋窝淋巴结的手术具有重要意义。
Sentinel lymph node biopsy of breast cancer,which can avoid axillary lymph node dissection and its complications,has become one of the standard surgical methods for patients with early breast cancer.However,in the era of precision medicine,the clinical implementation of sentinel lymph node biopsy has problems such as inaccurate localization and excessive lymph node resection.In response,our research team has established the Qilu Procedure for precise sentinel lymph node biopsy,proposed the concept of fine anatomy of the sentinel lymph node region,and reported the anatomical variation of sentinel lymph nodes and the positional relationship with the upper extremity draining lymph nodes.The results of this study have important implications for the understanding of axillary lymphatic drainage and operation of axillary lymph nodes in patients with early breast cancer.
