摘要
目的:探索社交焦虑及神经质人格特质在医学生负性认知偏向和综合幸福感之间的作用及机制。方法:采用负性认知加工偏向量表(NCPBQ)、社交焦虑自评量表(SSAS)、中国大五人格量表-简式版(CBF-PI-B)以及综合幸福感量表(MHQ)对412名在校医学生进行调查。结果:负性认知偏向、社交焦虑、神经质人格3个变量之间呈正相关(P<0.01),综合幸福感与以上3个变量呈显著负相关(P<0.01);负性认知偏向负向预测综合幸福感(β=-0.40,P<0.001);社交焦虑在负性认知偏向与综合幸福感之间起中介作用(β=-0.14,P<0.001),间接效应占总效应比35%;神经质人格在中介路径的后半段“社交焦虑→综合幸福感”中起调节作用(β=0.13,P<0.01)。结论:医学生负性认知偏向既可以直接影响综合幸福感,也可以通过社交焦虑作用于综合幸福感,社交焦虑的中介作用显著,且神经质人格对社交焦虑的中介作用有明显的调节作用,该中介效应仅在神经质人格低分组中有显著表现。
Objective:To investigate the role and mechanism of social anxiety and neurotic personality traits between negative cognitive bias and comprehensive happiness of medical students.Methods:412 medical students were surveyed using the Negative Cognitive Processing Bias Questionnaire(NCPBQ),Self-rating Social Anxiety Scale(SSAS),Chinese Big Five Personality Inventory(CBF-PI-B),and Comprehensive Happiness Questionnaire(MHQ).Results:Negative cognitive bias,social anxiety,and neurotic personality were positively correlated with each other(P<0.01),while comprehensive happiness was significantly negatively correlated with these three variables(P<0.01).Negative cognitive bias negatively predictedcomprehensive happiness(β=-0.40,P<0.001).Social anxiety played a mediating role between negative cognitive bias and comprehensive happiness(β=-0.14,P<0.001),with an indirect effect accounting for 35%of the total effect.Neurotic personality played a moderating role in the second half of the mediating pathway from social anxiety to comprehensive happiness(β=0.13,P<0.01).Conclusion:Negative cognitive bias among medical students can directly affect their comprehensive happiness and can also influence comprehensive happiness through social anxiety.The mediating role of social anxiety is significant,and neurotic personality has a notable moderating effect on the mediating role of social anxiety,which is only significantly observed in the low neurotic personality group.
