摘要
为响应生态文明体制改革、合理有效配置土地资源,在前人研究的基础上从人地协调理论出发,以安徽省16个地级市作为研究区域,从经济、社会、生态三个层次建立了新的评价指标体系,运用GIS技术与耦合协调模型分析了2010-2020年安徽省各市的土地利用经济效益、社会效益与生态效益机及其耦合协调情况的时空演变特征。研究表明:①安徽省各市土地利用综合效益整体呈上升趋势,高效益区主要集中分布于中东部地区,呈“西低东高”的发展趋势。②安徽省土地利用经济效益与土地利用社会效益均有提升,但各地区发展不均衡,东部发展速度和质量优于西部地区,南北部和中部发展程度不一,有待调整优化;土地利用生态效益整体呈下降趋势,各区域差距不明显。③安徽省各地级市的土地利用经济-社会-生态效益的耦合协调度水平变化较大,大部分地区有不同程度的下降,其协调发展程度有待提高。未来发展应注意生态保护、城市有序扩张,以提高安徽省土地利用综合效益。
In response to the reform of the ecological civilization system and the need for rational and efficient allocation of land resources,this study based on previous research and the theory of human-land coordination,establishes a new evaluation index system from economic,social,and ecological perspectives,with 16 prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province as the research objects.GIS technology and a coupled coordination model are employed to analyze the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of the economic,social,and ecological benefits of land use in Anhui Province from 2010 to 2020,as well as their coupling coordination.The results indicate that:①The comprehensive benefits of land use in Anhui Province show an overall upward trend,with high-benefit areas mainly concentrated in the central and eastern regions,exhibiting a″low in the west and high in the east″development pattern.②Both the economic and social benefits of land use in Anhui Province have improved,but regional development is uneven,with the eastern region outperforming the western region in terms of development speed and quality,while the northern,southern,and central regions show varying levels of development that require adjustment and optimization.The ecological benefits of land use,however,show an overall declining trend,with no significant regional disparities.③The coupling coordination levels of economic,social,and ecological benefits of land use in Anhui Province vary significantly among cities,with most regions experiencing varying degrees of decline,indicating a need for improved coordinated development.Future development should focus on ecological protection and orderly urban expansion to enhance the comprehensive benefits of land use in Anhui Province.
