The Progress of AI Agent Technology and Its Application in the Libraries

摘要 随着人工智能和大模型技术的快速发展,全球图书馆行业正逐步将这些技术融入业务流程和用户服务中。智能体作为一种具备自主性、交互性和适应性的系统,能够弥补大模型在业务理解与认知方面的不足,通过结合领域专业知识和数据为行业目标任务的智能化发展提供了一条重要的技术路径。本文通过调研国内外图书馆的智能化实践以及出版、博物馆和教育等其他行业的智能体应用展示了智能体技术在优化业务流程和增强用户体验中的价值。文章首先分析了近期智能体技术发展趋势,接着探讨了已有的智能体应用经验如何为图书馆创新提供启示,并总结了智能体应用于业务流程优化的路径。最后,文章提出了基于智能体架构的图书馆业务流程优化框架,并介绍了智能体应用于“值班助手”这一具体场景中的初步探索,分析了智能体未来在图书馆中的应用潜力。本文的研究表明,智能体技术能够推动图书馆的智慧化转型,实现新技术与传统系统的无缝融合,并为未来的知识服务奠定坚实基础。 With the rapid development of artificial intelligence and large model technologies,the global library industry is gradually integrating these technologies into business processes and user services.As a key technical architecture,AI agents not only address the shortcomings of large models in library business understanding and tool cognition but also provide an important technical path for the intelligent development of library industry goals and tasks through the combination of domain expertise and data.This article showcases the value of AI agent technology in optimizing business processes and enhancing user experience by investigating the intelligent practices of libraries at home and abroad,as well as the application of AI agents in other industries such as publishing,museums,and education.The article first analyzes the recent trends in AI agent technology development and the problems encountered when existing large model technologies are applied in real-world scenarios.Then,it discusses how the existing AI agent application experiences can provide insights for library innovation and summarizes the paths for applying AI agents in optimizing business processes.Finally,the article proposes a framework for optimizing library business processes based on the AI agent architecture and introduces a preliminary exploration of applying AI agents to a specific scenario,“Duty Assistant.”It analyzes the potential application of AI agents in libraries in the future.The research in this article indicates that AI agent technology can drive the intelligent transformation of libraries,achieve seamless integration of new technologies with traditional systems,and lay a solid foundation for future knowledge services.
