摘要
本研究对几种国内外热升华转印纸的主要性能指标进行了对比分析。实验结果表明, 2种进口热升华转印纸的纤维原料均采用阔叶木浆,国产产品则由针叶木浆和阔叶木浆共同组成。国内外热升华转印纸涂层中所选用的颜料种类以及胶黏剂在涂层中的质量占比均存在较大差异。韩国纸样CMYK四色块平均打印色密度最高,达0.84;使用美国纸样的涤纶布上四色块平均转印色密度最高,达1.22;国产纸样转印率最高,达80.2%。
In this paper,the main properties of several kinds of domestic and foreign thermal sublimation transfer paper were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the fiber materials of the tow foreign thermal sublimation transfer paper were both hardwood pulp,while the domestic products were composed of softwood pulp and hardwood pulp.There were great differences,in the types of pigments and the proportion of adhesives used in the coating of foreign thermal sublimation transfer paper at home and abroad.The average printing color density of CMYK four color block of Korean product was the highest,up to 0.84.The average four color block on polyester cloth of American product was the highest,up to 1.22.The transfer rate of domestic product was the highest,up to 80.2%.
