离子吸附型稀土矿中离子相稀土浸提方法研究 被引量:2

Extraction Method of Ionic Phase Rare Earth from Ion-adsorption Type Rare Earth Ore

摘要 采用智能精密型摇床作为离子吸附型稀土矿中离子相稀土提取的前处理设备,以(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)溶液作为浸提剂,对样品粒度和前处理条件进行了优化,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)进行分析检测。结果表明:采用1 mm对辊破碎的稀土原样,选择20 g·L^(-1)的(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)溶液作为浸提剂,以往复振荡方式浸提,在25℃和190 r·min^(-1)的频率下振荡浸提2 h能实现离子相稀土的最佳提取。该方法加标回收率在95.0%~101.7%之间,离子相稀土总量的相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.1%~3.4%,方法简单、可靠性高,非常适合大批量稀土样品检测及矿床评价。 The intelligent precision shaker was used as the pre-treatment equipment for the extraction of ionic phase rare earth from ion-adsorption type rare earth ores, the ammonium sulfate solution was used as the extractant, and the original rare earth sample crushed by-1 mm roller was used as the target sample for the extraction operation.The sample solution was analyzed and detected by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS), and the sample particle size and pretreatment conditions were optimized. The experimental results show that the best extraction of ion phase rare earths can be achieved by selecting 20 g·L^(-1) ammonium sulfate solution as the extracting agent, leaching with reciprocating oscillation, and shaking extraction for 2 h at 25 ℃ and 190 r·min^(-1). The recovery of spiked samples is 95.0%-101.7%, and the relative standard deviation(RSD) of the total quantity of rare earth is 2.1% to 3.4%. The method is simple and reliable, and is very suitable for large-scale rare earth sample detection and deposit evaluation.
