摘要
稀土晶体是指稀土元素可以完整占据结晶学结构中某一格点的晶体,是一类重要的高端光学材料,以稀土激光晶体、稀土闪烁晶体为代表,作为核心工作物质在激光技术与电离辐射探测技术中得到了广泛应用。稀土晶体材料的标准化进程尚处于初步阶段,现行稀土晶体材料国际标准非常稀少,国内标准也并不完备,结合对稀土晶体材料产业发展趋势的分析对下一步标准化需求提出了建议。
Rare earth crystals are an important class of high-end optical materials.They refer to crystals in which rare earth elements can completely occupy a lattice point in the crystallographic structure.They have been widely used as core working materials in laser technology and ionizing radiation detection technology.Represented by rare earth laser crystals and rare earth scintillation crystals.The standardization of rare earth crystal materials is still in the preliminary stage.The current international standards for rare earth crystal materials are scarce,and domestic standards are not complete.Based on the analysis of the development trend of rare earth crystal materials,suggestions for the next step of standardization are proposed.
