摘要
随着产教融合不断深入,用人单位对于校企协同育人的规范性、完整性、紧密性、连续性提出了新的更高的要求。本文从实际应用角度出发,挖掘和分析高职院校学生岗位实习存在问题,以天津商务职业学院为例,探讨如何通过校企协同岗位实习机制创新解决以上问题,提出“一三五七”校企协同实习实训机制。
With the deepening of the integration of industry and education,employers have put forward new and higher requirements for the standardization,integrity,correlation and continuity of school-enterprise collaborative education.From the perspective of practical application,this paper explores and analyzes the problems existing in internship of students in higher vocational institutes,takes Tianjin College of Commerce as an example,discusses how to solve the above problems through the innovation of school-enterprise collaborative internship mechanism,and puts forward the"1357"school-enterprise collaborative internship training mechanism.
