摘要
目前,应用型高等院校在实习期间存在学生管理、考核等方面的困难,且问题具有一定的复杂性.引入“习讯云”实习管理平台加强校企合作企业的实习实践管理,便于实习信息的实时跟踪和统计、便于实习材料的收集与分析、利于科学评定实习成绩、便于教务管理部门全面把控学生、指导教师和实习单位在平台上的动态,取得良好的成效.对所存在的指导教师工作量的问题、适时将实习管理平台推广应用到全校学生的各种实习实践环节等问题还需深入解决,以最大限度地发挥实习平台在学生实习实践管理中的作用.
At present,there exist problems in student management and assessment in application-oriented colleges and universities during the internship,and the problems are of certain complexity.The introduction of“Xixun Cloud”,an internship management platform,to strengthen the internship management is convenient for the real-time tracking and getting statistics of internship information,the collection and analysis of internship materials,and the scientific assessment of internship.It is also convenient for the educational administration department to dynamically manage information about students,tutors and internship units on the platform in an all-round way,and to improve the internship effect.But,to give full play to the internship platform in internship management,it is necessary to solve problems like the workload of tutors,and apply timely the internship management platform to all kinds of internship practice in the whole school.
