摘要
目的探讨公共卫生专业研究生知觉压力与睡眠质量的关系及思维抑制和领悟社会支持在二者间的作用。方法通过在线问卷对364名公共卫生专业研究生进行调查,基于PROCESS程序进行中介和调节作用分析。结果知觉压力与睡眠质量得分呈正相关(r=0.465,P<0.01)。思维抑制的中介效应占总效应的16.88%。领悟社会支持正向调节知觉压力对睡眠质量的直接效应。结论知觉压力通过思维抑制对睡眠质量产生负面影响,领悟社会支持可缓冲此影响。
Objective To explore the relationship between perceived stress and sleep quality among public health postgraduates,and examine the role of thought suppression and perceived social support in the relationship.Methods A total of 364 postgraduates were investigated through online questionnaires.The PROCESS procedure was used to analyze the mediating and moderating effects.Results Perceived stress was significantly positively correlated with sleep quality score(r=0.465,P<0.01).The mediating effect of thought suppression accounted for 16.88%of the total effect.The direct effect of perceived stress on sleep quality was positively moderated by perceived social support.Conclusion The effect of perceived stress on sleep quality is mediated by thought suppression,which is further moderated by perceived social support.
