丰富人民精神世界的理论意涵与实践指向——兼论中国式现代化的文化向度

摘要丰富人民精神世界是中国式现代化的本质要求,党和国家将人民精神生活富有与精神世界丰富纳入到国家发展的战略格局之中,充分展现了党对于领导中国式现代化建设规律的深刻把握以及中国式现代化创造人类文明新形态的本质特征。作为中国式现代化的本质规定,丰富人民精神世界论断的生成具有深刻的理论、历史和实践逻辑。从理论意涵上看,精神世界的丰富是物质领域相对发达的体现,是人的属人性特质的彰显,也是人对自身精神生活的主动性开发。丰富人民精神世界具有主体结构上的全民全面性、内容联动上的统筹协调性、实现方式上的共建共享性、推进形态上的渐进长期性等特征。新征程上,应将加强党的集中统一领导,夯实精神生活的物质根基,强化公民核心价值观教育和创造优质精神文明环境有机结合,进而丰富人民精神世界,促进精神生活共同富裕。 Enriching the people's spiritual world is an essential requirement of Chinese modernization,and the Party and the State have incorporated the enrichment of the people's spiritual life and spiritual world into the strategic pattern of national development,fully demonstrating the Party's profound grasp of the law of leading the construction of Chinese modernization as well as the essential characteristics of Chinese modernization in creating a new form of human advancement.As an essential provision of Chinese modernization,the assertion of enriching people's spiritual world has a profound theoretical,historical and practical logic.In terms of theoretical connotation,the enrichment of the spiritual world is a manifestation of the relative development of the material sphere,a demonstration of human nature,and an active development of one's own spiritual life.Enrichment of the people's spiritual world is characterized by the comprehensive nature of the entire population in terms of the structure of the main body,the integrated and coordinated nature of the linkage of contents,the common and shared nature of the means of realization,and the gradual and long-term nature of the form of advancement.On the new journey,we should strengthen the centralized and unified leadership of the Party,consolidate the material foundation of spiritual life,reinforce the combination of the education of civic core values,and the creation of a high-quality spiritual civilization environment,in order to enrich the people's spiritual world and promote the common prosperity of spiritual life.
