摘要
针对燃料运行过程中存在煤种多样性造成的入炉煤掺配精准度不高,不能适应电力现货市场负荷变化,入炉煤标煤单价过高,燃烧经济性低的问题,通过信息化手段进行数据分析完善流程管理,实行多流程一体化管理,多环节数据共享,实现分析、比对程序化,全面提高燃煤精准化掺配配煤数据的处理精准性。该研究为配煤掺烧决策提供数据支持,达到对入炉煤的精准控制和煤场存煤结构的动态优化,使每日各时段负荷响应调整及煤场存煤结构变动的响应及时,提高机组对经济煤种(劣质煤)的掺配水平;实现扩大掺配煤种边界,拓展燃煤采购范围,降低入炉煤标煤单价,获得入厂煤标煤单价最优,全年实现掺配经济煤种超47万t。
In view of the problem caused by the diversity of coal types existing during fuel operation process such as low blending accuracy of coal as fired,inability to adapt to load changes in the electricity spot market,unit price of standard coal for coal as fired is too high,and low combustion economy,data analysis is carried out through informatization means to perfect process management.Multi process integrated management and multi link data sharing are implemented to achieve programmatic analysis and comparison,comprehensively improving the processing accuracy of coal blending data for precise blending of coal as fired.This study provides data support for the decision-making of coal blending and blending firing,achieving precise control of coal as fired and dynamic optimization of coal storage structure in the coal yard.It enables timely response of daily load response and adjustment at each time period and changes in coal storage structure in the coal yard,and improves the blending level of the unit to economical coal type(inferior coal);Realize the expansion of blended coal type boundary,expand the scope of coal burning procurement,reduce the unit price of standard coal for coal as fired,obtain the optimal unit price of standard coal for coal as received,and achieve over 470000 tons of blended economic coal type throughout the year.
