摘要
提高机组营收的利润水平,是提升火力发电企业竞争力的有效举措。由于可变要素多,可变成本在火力发电企业总成本中比重较大,且与机组营收利润水平呈现较强的相关性,提出一种基于可变成本的发电机组动态利润模型,即"关键要素—成本—利润"模型。考虑单位时间内关键要素,包括煤、油、水、电等消耗性指标,推导各自的动态计算方法,形成初步的发电企业供电利润模型;基于动态机制的分析,构建动态寻优模型,将当前单位时间内的机组利润值与比较利润进行对比,不断对利润值进行寻优,构建机组可控指标体系。模型实现了动态性和高效性,为机组运行优化和提高利润水平提供了定量的指导依据。
Increasing the profit level of unit revenue is an effective measure to enhance the competitiveness of thermal power generation companies.Due to the large number of variable factors,variable costs account for a large proportion of the total cost of thermal power generation companies,and they have a strong correlation with the level of unit revenue and profit.A dynamic profit model for generating units based on variable costs is proposed:"key elements-cost-profit"model.Consider key elements per unit time,including coal,oil,water,electricity and other consumable indicators,derive their own dynamic calculation methods,and form a preliminary power supply profit model for power generation enterprises;based on the analysis of dynamic mechanisms,construct a dynamic optimization model to integrate the current The unit profit value per unit time is compared with the comparative profit,the profit value is continuously optimized,and the unit controllable index system is constructed.The model achieves dynamics and high efficiency,and provides a quantitative guidance basis for unit operation optimization and profit improvement.
