摘要
目的构建医师高级职称评价指标体系,促进卫生职称改革。方法参考卫生专技人员职称评价相关政策文献等,初步构建医师高级职称评价体系,采用专家咨询法确定评价指标,通过层次分析法确定指标权重。结果形成了包含4个一级指标、9个二级指标和24个三级指标的卫生高级职称评价体系。结论该指标体系可为人社、卫生主管部门开展公立医院高级卫生职称综合评价提供参考。建议进一步做好医师分类评价,丰富评价指标,明确指标内涵,精准评价医师能力,全面激发卫生人才创新动力和医疗卫生事业发展活力。
Objective:In order to construct the evaluation index system for professional titles of senior physicians and promote the reform of health professional titles.Method:The evaluation system of senior professional titles of doctors was initially constructed by referring to the relevant policy literature on the evaluation of professional titles of health professionals.The evaluation index was determined by the expert consultation method,and the weight of the index was determined by the analytic hierarchy process.Result:The evaluation index system of senior health professional titles has been formed,which includes 4 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators and 24 third-level indicators.Conclusion:The index system can provide a reference for the comprehensive evaluation of senior health titles in public hospitals by public organizations and health authorities.It is suggested to further a good job in the classified evaluation of doctors,enrich the evaluation indicators,clarify the connotation of indicators,accurately evaluate the ability of doctors,and comprehensively stimulate the innovation motivation of health talents and the development vitality of medical and health undertakings.
