摘要
                
                    针对某重型舟桥运载车液压系统压力检调存在的问题,在对其液压系统基本组成、工作原理及系统调定压力影响因素等进行分析的基础上,提出主溢流阀调定压力快速检调方法。该方法有效解决了野外条件下难以快速恢复该运载车主溢流阀压力的问题,也适用于其他类型工程机械液压系统中过载阀的压力检调。
                
                In view of the problems of pressure testing and adjustment of the hydraulic system of a heavy-duty pontoon bridge carrier,based on the analysis of the basic composition,working principle and factors influencing the set pressure of the hydraulic system,a method for rapid testing and adjustment of the set pressure of the main relief valve is proposed.This method effectively solves the problem of difficult to quickly restore the pressure of the main relief valve of the carrier under field conditions,and it is also applicable to the pressure testing and adjustment of overload valves in hydraulic systems of other types of construction machinery.
