摘要
该文在分析了先导型溢流阀的结构特点、工作原理、主阀开启条件等的基础上,研究了阻尼孔的孔径大小对压力超调量、过渡时间、调定压力值等的影响规律和机理,分析了阻尼孔堵塞程度、堵塞时机不同所表现出来的异常现象及其对液压系统产生的影响。
On the basis of the analysis of the structural characteristics, working principle and main value open condition of pilot relief value, the law and mechanism of how the orifice size affects the pressure overshoot, transition time and pressure set are studied. The appearing abnormal phenomena and the effects on the hydraulic system due to different clogging degree and timing of orifice are analyzed.
