基于STM32的酒炙中药加工实时监测系统设计

摘要 当前酒炙中药加工过程费时费力,中药加工完成程度几乎全由操作者的主观判断,导致中药药效不能充分发挥。为检测出酒炙中药的最佳药效以及将此加工过程自动化、标准化,研制出一种高精度酒精浓度实时监测系统。该系统采用STM32F103C8T6微控制器为系统主控,通过四路FS07002酒精传感器获得加工过程中的酒精浓度,结合其他系统单元实现了监测酒精、自动温控预警、自动化炮制、终端APP远程控制等功能。实验结果表明:该系统通过结合内部创新性DCCAT算法可连续多小时稳定运行并实时监控酒精浓度,提高酒炙效果的同时大大减少了人力资源的浪费。该系统满足酒炙加工的要求,为实验室寻找酒炙药物的最佳酒炙时间提供了方法。 Currently,the traditional Chinese medicine processing process is time-consuming and labor-intensive,with the degree of completion relying solely on subjective judgment of operators.Consequently,the full potential of traditional Chinese medicine cannot be realized.To address this issue and automate and standardize the processing process,a high-precision real-time alcohol concentration monitoring system was developed.The system employs an STM32F103C8T6 microcontroller as its main control unit and utilizes four FS07002 alcohol sensors to measure alcohol concentration during processing.Integrated with other system components,it enables functions such as alcohol monitoring,automatic temperature control with early warning capabilities,automated processing,remote control via a terminal APP interface,etc.Experimental results demonstrate that by incorporating an innovative DCCAT algorithm internally,the system can stably operate for extended periods while continuously monitoring alcohol concentration in real-time.This not only enhances wine preparation efficacy but also significantly reduces human resource wastage.The system fulfills alcoholic processing requirements and provides a laboratory method for determining optimal alcoholic processing duration.
