摘要
在校园欺凌事件中,消极旁观者因隐匿道德勇气而表现出冷漠的旁观态度和不作为现象。为了深入探究这一现象的成因,文章将从消极旁观者道德勇气隐匿的原因分析、形成机制以及如何激发其道德勇气的策略三个方面进行阐述,旨在促使旁观者从消极的“新欺凌者”转变为积极的保护者。
In campus bullying incidents,passive bystanders exhibit indifferent attitudes and inaction due to their hidden moral courage.In order to explore the causes of this phenomenon in depth,the article will elaborate on three aspects:the reasons for the hidden moral courage of negative bystanders,the formation mechanism,and strategies for inspiring their moral courage,aiming to promote bystanders to transform from negative“new bullies”to active protectors.
