摘要
目的分析在慢阻肺(COPD)稳定期患者治疗中使用阶段性呼吸肌功能训练的价值。方法从2020年2月-6月就诊于白银市白银区第一人民医院COPD稳定期患者中纳入100例,以随机数表法分为观察组(50例,阶段性呼吸肌功能训练)、对照组(50例,常规干预),对比临床疗效。结果临床疗效对比,观察组高于对照组,P<0.05。FEV_(1)、FVC及FEV_(1)/FVC等肺功能指标对比,观察组高于对照组,P<0.05。呼吸症状、活动能力、疾病影响评分对比,护理后观察组均低于对照组,P<0.05。结论在COPD稳定期患者治疗中使用阶段性呼吸肌功能训练的可改善患者肺功能、生活质量与总体疗效。
Objective:To analyze the value of staged respiratory muscle function training in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable stage.Methods:From February to June,2020,100 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were enrolled in the First People's Hospital of Baiyin District,Baiyin City.They were randomly divided into observation group(50 cases,staged respiratory muscle function training)and control group(50 cases,routine treatment),and their clinical effects were compared.Results:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,FEV_(1),FVC and FEV_(1)/FVC were higher in the observation group,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the respiratory symptoms,activity ability and disease influence scores in the observation group were lower after nursing,P<0.05.Conclusion:Staged respiratory muscle function training can improve the lung function,quality of life and overall curative effect of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable stage.
