摘要
目的观察分析门诊就诊环节与护理服务优化对提高门诊护理服务质量的效果。方法将2022年6-12月医院收治的50例门诊患者作为对照组,接受常规门诊护理,将2023年1-6月收治的50例患者作为研究组,接受门诊就诊环节及护理服务优化干预。对比两组护服务理质量。结果干预后,研究组环境秩序、服务态度、护理安全及仪器设备管理评分均高于对照组,P<0.05。研究组护理人员沟通技巧、协调能力、基本语言沟通能力及基本非语言沟通能力评分均高于对照组,P<0.05。研究组候诊时间、就诊时间均短于对照组,护理满意度显著高于对照组,护理差错事件及护患纠纷发生率均低于对照组,P<0.05。结论门诊就诊环节与护理服务优化可显著提高门诊护理服务质量与护理人员沟通能力,缩短患者就诊时间,提升护理满意度,减少护理差错与护患纠纷。
Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of outpatient consultation and nursing service optimization on improving the quality of outpatient nursing service.Methods:50 outpatients admitted to the hospital from June to December,2022 were taken as the control group and received routine outpatient care,while 50 patients admitted to the hospital from January to June,2023 were taken as the research group,receiving outpatient consultation and nursing service optimization intervention.The quality of nursing service was compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the scores of environmental order,service attitude,nursing safety and equipment management in the study group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.The scores of communication skills,coordination ability,basic language communication ability and basic nonverbal communication ability of nursing staff in the study group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.The waiting time and visiting time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of nursing error events and nurse-patient disputes were lower than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The optimization of outpatient consultation and nursing service can significantly improve the quality of outpatient nursing service and the communication ability of nursing staff,shorten the time of patient consultation,improve nursing satisfaction,and reduce nursing errors and nurse-patient disputes.
