摘要
采用全程服务新模式对门诊护理服务质量的影响效果进行分析,选取2019年1月1日—2020年12月31日前往庆阳市中医医院门诊就诊的1000例患者为研究对象,依据自然年分为对照组(2019年)与观察组(2020年)各500例,对照组采取常规门诊护理服务,观察组采取全程服务新模式,对两组患者从护理服务质量、候诊时间、就诊时间、焦虑评分、抑郁评分、护理满意率进行了对比分析。结果显示,观察组护理服务质量、护理满意率高于对照组,观察组的候诊时间及就诊时间短于对照组,焦虑评分及抑郁评分低于对照组,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究表明全程服务新模式有助于进一步提升门诊护理服务质量、缓解患者负性心理状态及紧张的护患对立形势,值得推广使用。
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effect of the new mode of whole-course service on the quality of nursing service in outpatient department.A total of 1,000 patients from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and 500 patients were divided into control group(2019)and observation group(2020),respectively,according to the calendar year.The observation group adopted the new mode of whole-course service,while the control group took the traditional outpatient service.The quality of nursing service,waiting time,treatment time,anxiety score,depression score and nursing satisfaction rate of two groups were compared.The results show that the quality of nursing service and the satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the waiting time and treatment time were shorter than those in the control group.The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Therefore,the new mode whole-course service is helpful to improve the quality of outpatient service,relieve patients'negative mental state and nurse-patient opposition thoughts.It is worth popularizing.
