急性肾功能衰竭患者行连续血液净化治疗对机体内环境稳定的影响

The Influence of Continuous Blood Purification Therapy on Internal Environment Stability in Patients with Acute Renal Failure

摘要 目的探讨急性肾功能衰竭(ARF)患者应用连续血液净化(CBP)治疗对机体内环境稳定的影响。方法选择2021年3月至2023年3月南通市第一人民医院收治的100例ARF患者,采用随机数字表法分为IHD组和CBP组,每组50例。IHD组采用间歇性血液透析(IHD)治疗,CBP组采用CBP治疗。观察两组临床疗效、肾功能指标、电解质参数。结果CBP组治疗有效率高于IHD组,P<0.05;两组治疗后的血清肌酐(Scr)及尿素氮(BUN)水平均低于治疗前,且CBP组均低于IHD组,P<0.05;两组治疗前后的血清氯(CI-)、钠(Na+)水平对比,P>0.05;两组治疗后的血清钾(K+)水平低于治疗前,但CBP组高于IHD组,P<0.05。结论CBP能提高ARF患者的临床治疗效果,改善患者肾功能,并可稳定患者机体内环境。 Objective:To explore the effect of continuous blood purification(CBP)on the internal environment stability of patients with acute renal failure(ARF).Methods:100 ARF patients admitted to Nantong First People's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were randomly divided into IHD group and CBP group,with 50 cases in each group.IHD group was treated with intermittent hemodialysis(IHD),while CBP group was treated with CBP.The clinical efficacy,renal function index and electrolyte parameters of the two groups were observed.Results The effective rate of CBP group was higher than that of IHD group,P<0.05.The levels of serum creatinine(Scr)and urea nitrogen(BUN)in both groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and those in CBP group were lower than those in IHD group,P<0.05.The levels of serum chlorine(CI-)and sodium(Na+)in the two groups before and after treatment were compared,P>0.05;The serum potassium(K+)level in the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,but it was higher in CBP group than in IHD group,P<0.05.Conclusion:CBP can improve the clinical therapeutic effect,improve the renal function and stabilize the internal environment of ARF patients.
