连续性血液净化和间歇性血液透析对急性肾衰竭患者电解质水平的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Continuous Hemodialysis and Intermittent Hemodialysis on Electrolyte Levels in Patients with Acute Renal Failure

摘要 目的 探究连续性血液净化(CRRT)与间歇性血液透析(IHD)对急性肾衰竭患者电解质水平的影响。方法 选取2021年3月-2022年1月于本院透析科进行就诊的急性肾衰竭患者80例,随机对照试验研究分为A组和B组,A组患者行CRRT治疗,B组患者行IHD治疗,分析比较两组治疗效果的差异。结果 A组患者的治疗总有效率95.0%显著高于B组患者的治疗总有效率80.0%(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的生化指标明显下降,且A组患者治疗后电解质水平紊乱发生率显著低于B组(P<0.05)。结论 对于急性肾功能衰竭的患者,使用连续性血液净化治疗较间歇性血液透析治疗的临床效果好,且对于电解质水平的影响较小,具有临床应用价值。 Objective: To explore and analyze the effects of continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT) and intermittent hemodialysis(IHD) on electrolyte levels in patients with acute renal failure. Methods: A randomized controlled trial was used in this study. 80 patients with acute renal failure who were admitted to our hospital from March2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into group A and group B. The patients in group A were treated with CRRT, while the patients in group B were treated with IHD. The differences of treatment effects between the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results: The total effective rate of 95.0% in group A was significantly higher than 80.0%in group B(P<0.05). Biochemical indicators of the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment, and the incidence of electrolyte level disorder in group A was significantly lower than that in group B(P<0.05). Conclusion: For patients with acute renal failure, continuous blood purification treatment is better than intermittent hemodialysis in clinical effect, and has little effect on electrolyte level, so it has clinical application value.
