摘要
新时代背景下,煤化工企业需秉承绿色低碳环保理念,重点关注煤化工废水排放作业,有效解决废水治理难度大、成分复杂等问题,充分把握煤化工生产废水零排放技术路径与关键技术,为煤化工企业提供更为科学的废水处理方法。基于此,简要介绍煤化工生产废水零排放技术路径,即“预处理→深度处理→回收”,明确有机废水、高浓盐废水零排放关键技术,结合实际案例,构建完整的废水零排放处理工艺,以期为煤化工企业生产废水零排放作业提供有益借鉴。
In the context of the new era,coal chemical enterprises need to uphold the concept of green low-carbon environmental protection,focusing on coal chemical wastewater discharge operations,to effectively solve the wastewater management difficulties,complex composition and other issues,to fully grasp the coal chemical production wastewater zero discharge technology path and key technologies,to provide a more scientific wastewater treatment method for the coal chemical enterprises.Based on this,briefly introduces the coal chemical production wastewater zero discharge technology path,namely"pretreatment→deep treatment→recovery",clear organic wastewater,highly concentrated salt wastewater zero discharge key technologies,combined with actual cases,to build a complete wastewater zero discharge treatment process,in order to provide useful reference for the production of coal chemical industry wastewater zero discharge operations.
