摘要 阐述煤化工浓盐水"零排放"技术存在的问题及技术进展;介绍了浓盐水的来源、性质、特点及国内外处理技术进展,对比分析了各种浓盐水处理技术如膜浓缩、膜蒸馏、正渗透、蒸发及结晶等技术的优点和缺点;结合我国典型的煤化工"零排放"项目中浓盐水的处理工艺以及博天环境研发的浓盐水"零排放"组合处理工艺,阐明组合工艺处理及废水综合回用将是煤化工浓盐水"零排放"技术的发展方向。 This paper expounds the existing issues and technology progress of 'zero discharge' technology of concentrated brine in coal chemical industry.It introduces the source,nature,feature and processing technology progress both at home and abroad of concentrated brine,and makes comparison and analysis of the advantages and defects of various concentrated brine processing technologies,such as membrane concentration,membrane distillation,forward osmosis,evaporation and crystallization.With the reference of China's typical concentrated brine processing technique in 'zero discharge' project of coal chemical industry and the ' zero discharge' combined processing technique of concentrated brine researched and developed by Poten Environment Group Co.,Ltd.,it illustrates that combined processing technique and comprehensive reuse of wastewater will be the development direction of 'zero discharge' technology of concentrated brine in coal chemical industry.
