摘要
生成式人工智能技术的快速发展使用户与技术之间的互动模式日益复杂。一项为期三周的社会实验以ChatGPT为范例,深入探究用户使用意图如何影响其行为模式。实验中,用户根据其行为特征被分为两大类:“避术者”与“驭术者”。“避术者”群体对ChatGPT怀有高期望,但在实际应用中却未能充分挖掘其潜力。他们缺乏主动探索的精神,未能尝试多样化的应用策略,导致与技术的互动效果不佳,最终使用意愿逐渐降低。这一发现揭示了期望与实际应用之间的落差,以及用户探索精神在技术应用中的重要性。相比之下,“驭术者”则表现出截然不同的态度。他们积极探索ChatGPT的使用模式,不断拓展应用场景,并精准地为该技术分配任务,从而最大化其应用效果。这种主动探索和灵活应用的行为模式,不仅提升他们对ChatGPT的满意度,还进一步增强了其使用意愿。实验结果揭示了用户在使用生成式人工智能技术时行为特征的显著差异,以及这些差异背后的决策动机。这些发现不仅为生成式人工智能产品的优化提供有力依据,还为相关社会文化的发展和政策制定提供有益参考。通过深入理解用户行为,技术开发者可以更好地满足用户需求,推动生成式人工智能技术向更加智能化、人性化的方向发展。
The rapid development of generative artificial intelligence technology has increasingly complicated the interaction patterns between users and technology.A three-week social experiment,using ChatGPT as a case study,delved into how users’intentions influence their behavioral patterns.In the experiment,users were categorized into two major groups based on their behavioral characteristics:“avoiders”and“masters”.The“avoiders”group had high expectations for ChatGPT but failed to fully leverage its potential in practical applications.They lacked a proactive exploratory spirit and did not attempt diversified application strategies,leading to ineffective interactions with the technology and a gradual decrease in their willingness to use it.This finding highlights the gap between expectations and practical applications,as well as the importance of user exploration in technology application.In contrast,the“masters”exhibited a markedly different attitude.They actively explored the usage pattern of ChatGPT,continuously expanded application scenarios,and precisely assigned tasks to the technology,thereby maximizing its application effects.This proactive exploration and flexible application behavioral pattern not only enhanced their satisfaction with ChatGPT but also further increased their willingness to use it.The experimental results reveal significant differences in users’behavioral characteristics when using generative artificial intelligence technology,as well as the decision-making motivations behind these differences.These findings not only provide a strong basis for optimizing generative artificial intelligence products but also offer valuable insights for the development of related social cultures and policy formulation.By deeply understanding user behavior,technology developers can better meet user needs and drive generative artificial intelligence technology towards a more intelligent and human-centered direction.
