摘要
为探究阻碍我国智能建造技术应用发展的主要因素,文中应用全生命周期理论,采用模糊层次分析法对智能建造技术的投资与决策、设计、施工、运营与维护4个阶段的评价指标进行分析。结果表明:准则层中设计因素、施工因素的影响较大,指标层中集成化的技术体系、协同管控难度、设计人员的技术水平、BIM协同管理体系完善程度综合权重较大。该结果给我国建筑业利益相关者在智能建造技术应用方面提供相应参考。
To explore the main factors hindering the application and development of intelligent construction technology in Jilin Province,this article applies the full lifecycle theory and uses the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to analyze the evaluation indicators of the investment and decision-making,design,construction,operation and maintenance stages of intelligent construction technology.The results show that the design and construction factors have a significant impact in the criteria layer,while the integrated technical system,collaborative control difficulty,technical level of designers,and the comprehensive weight of the BIM collaborative management system in the indicator layer are relatively high.This result provides corresponding reference for stakeholders in the construction industry of Jilin Province in the application of intelligent construction technology.
