摘要
针对水泥工程中“点多、面广、线长”、建造过程复杂,粗放式的管理方式亟需进行调整的现象,依据水泥工程施工操作规范,以单个施工作业为物理对象,建立施工单元数字孪生体,并以此为基本单元,构建水泥工程施工的数字孪生系统。利用基于水泥工程施工特点的编码技术,完成实际施工作业与孪生体的数据关联,实现水泥工程项目全阶段、多维度的施工可视化动态管理。将数字孪生技术与传统的水泥工程建造结合,有助于推动项目的协同化、智能化、数字化管理,提高管理效率。
To cope with the complicate construction process of cement engineering,digital twin of a single construction operation has been established according to cement engineering construction standard.Based on this basic unit,the digital twin of the whole cement engineering construction system has been constructed.The coding technology based on the construction characteristics of cement engineering is used to complete the data association between the physical objects and digital twins,thus realizing the multi-dimensional visual dynamic management of cement engineering construction for the whole stage.The combination of digital twin technology and traditional cement engineering construction will ultimately assist to promote the collaborative,intelligent and digital management of the project,as well as to improve the management efficiency.
