银川市12~18岁青少年龋病流行特征及影响因素分析

Analysis of the prevalence characteristics and influencing factors of dental caries among adolescents aged 12~18 in Yinchuan City

摘要 目的应用ICDAS龋病评估系统掌握银川市12~18岁青少年龋病患病现状,分析龋病发生的影响因素。方法采用多阶段、分层、随机、整群抽样的方法,选择银川市三区两县一市3359名12~18岁青少年。龋病评估采用国际龋病检查和评估系统(ICDAS),并设计问卷了解受检者口腔行为情况。结果银川市3359名12~18岁青少年总体患龋率为80.9%,高、低年龄组间患龋率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。女生患龋率高于男生(P<0.05)。城乡间患龋率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。影响因素为年龄、性别、口腔卫生习惯、饮食习惯等。结论银川市12~18岁青少年患龋率较高,与其年龄、性别、口腔卫生习惯、饮食习惯等因素相关,亟须引起学校、家庭及青少年的重视。
