矩阵射频联合凯格尔运动在青中年女性盆腔脏器脱垂患者盆底功能康复中的应用效果 被引量:1

Application effect of matrix radio frequency combined with Kegel exercise in the rehabilitation of pelvic floor function in young and middle-aged female patients with pelvic organ prolapse

摘要 目的探讨矩阵射频联合凯格尔运动在青中年女性盆腔脏器脱垂患者盆底功能康复中的应用效果。方法选取2023年4月至2024年1月于宣城市人民医院就诊的40例盆腔脏器脱垂中青年女性患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各20例。对照组进行凯格尔运动,观察组进行矩阵射频联合凯格尔运动,比较两组盆底脏器脱垂程度[盆腔器官脱垂定量分期法(POP-Q)]、盆底肌力及盆底功能[盆腔脏器脱垂/尿失禁性功能问卷(PISQ-12)]。结果两组干预3、5次POP-Q分期、PISQ-12评分均低于干预前,干预5次的POP-Q分期、PISQ-12评分低于干预3次,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预3、5次盆底肌力优于干预前,干预5次盆底肌力优于干预3次,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论矩阵射频联合凯格尔运动能促进青中年女性盆腔脏器脱垂患者盆底功能的恢复。 Objective To explore the application effect of matrix radio frequency combined with Kegel exercise in the rehabilitation of pelvic floor function in young and middle-aged female patients with pelvic organ prolapse.Methods A total of 40 young and middle-aged female patients with pelvic organ prolapse treated in Xuancheng People’s Hospital from April 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,with 20 cases in each group.The control group performed Kegel exercise,and the observation group performed matrix radio frequency combined with Kegel exercise.The degree of pelvic organ prolapse(pelvic organ prolapse quantitation[POP-Q]),pelvic floor muscle strength,and pelvic floor function(pelvic organ prolapse/urinary incontinence sexual questionnaire short form[PISQ-12])were compared between the two groups.Results The POP-Q stage and PISQ-12 score of the 3 and 5 times of intervention in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the POP-Q stage and PISQ-12 score of the 5 times of intervention were lower than those of the 3 times of intervention,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The pelvic floor muscle strength of the two groups after 3 and 5 times of intervention was better than that before intervention,the pelvic floor muscle strength of the 5 times of intervention was better than that of the 3 times of intervention,and those of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Matrix radio frequency combined with Kegel exercise can promote the recovery of pelvic floor function in young and middle-aged women with pelvic organ prolapse.
