摘要
目的探讨生物反馈电刺激+盆底肌康复训练+中医针灸治疗盆底功能障碍的效果。方法抽取我院2021年4月至2022年4月收治的盆底功能障碍患者120例为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组和试验组各60例,对照组行生物反馈电刺激+盆底肌康复训练治疗,试验组行生物反馈电刺激+盆底肌康复训练+中医针灸治疗,观察两组盆底结构及功能变化情况,并评估两组治疗效果。结果(1)试验组治疗后静息、缩肛状态下肛提肌裂孔前后径、左右径、面积及厚度均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)试验组治疗后盆底肌肌力评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)试验组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌康复训练基础上,予以盆底功能障碍患者中医针灸治疗,可促进盆底解剖结构及功能恢复,改善患者病情,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation+pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training+Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion on pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods 120 patients with pelvic floor dysfunction admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group with 60 cases each.The control group received biofeedback electric stimulation+pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training,and the experimental group received biofeedback electric stimulation+pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training+traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion.The changes of pelvic floor structure and function in the two groups were observed,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated.Results①After treatment,the anterior and posterior diameter,left and right diameter,area and thickness of the levator ani fissure in the test group were significantly better than those in the control group under the resting and anal constriction conditions,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);②After treatment,the pelvic floor muscle strength score of the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);③The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training,the treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion with traditional Chinese medicine for patients with pelvic floor dysfunction can promote the recovery of pelvic floor anatomical structure and function,improve patients′condition,and is worth popularizing.
