基于信息化的重症卫勤保障建设

摘要 现代战争及突发重大公共卫生事件常导致批量伤员出现,并涉及多个器官功能损伤。当医疗卫勤保障面临伤员伤情复杂、救治环境恶劣、转运距离远、可能涉及隔离等情况时,需要建立基于信息化卫勤保障的野战重症全身一体化综合救治体系。该体系应基于信息化卫勤保障基础,利用人工智能技术,结合重症创伤救治特点,基于卫勤救治“零伤亡”理念,结合“移动ICU”及“云ICU”建设等,有助于实现伤员从现场、转运到救护所的连续、无缝监护与救治,实现重症救治的前移,综合提高卫勤救治效率效果。 Modern warfare and sudden major public health emergencies often result in a large number of casualties,involving multiple organ function injuries.When medical support is faced with complex injuries,harsh treatment environments,long transportation distances,and possible isolation situations,it is necessary to establish a whole-body integrated treatment system for field critical illness medical support based on informatization.This system should be based on the foundation of informatization medical support,utilized artificial intelligence technology,combined with the characteristics of severe trauma treatment,based on the concept of"zero casualties"in medical service treatment,and combined with the construction of"mobile ICU"and"cloud ICU",etc.,to help realize the continuous and seamless monitoring and treatment of the wounded from the scene,transport to the medical aid station,achieve the advancement of severe treatment,and comprehensively improve the efficiency and effectiveness of medical service treatment.
