摘要
目的回顾性统计某岛礁医院手术病患资料,分析手术种类与特点,为高效开展医疗卫勤保障、合理配置手术相关软硬件设施提供重要参考。方法收集某岛礁医院2018年7月12日至2020年5月11日期间实际开展手术情况的数据资料并进行统计分析。结果共收集25例手术患者基本资料,分类整理后显示上肢外伤手术和急性阑尾炎各6例(24.00%),阴囊探查数及相关处置与肛旁脓肿、肛瘘手术各3例(12.00%),耳下肿物切除术、口咽部乳头瘤切除术、臀部脓肿切开引流术、眼霰粒肿切除术、脂肪瘤切除术、左颈部血管探查+颈内静脉修复术、胸壁皮脂腺囊肿切除术各1例(4.00%)。结论分析手术类型原因,训练伤以及外伤所致需要手术的比例占到四成,阑尾炎这一普通人群常见疾病在岛礁特定年轻人群中同样相对高发。特殊的岛礁环境可能导致肛周疾病高发特点同样比较明显。针对性的医疗卫勤保障软硬件配置有必要向上述方面适当倾斜。
Objective Data of surgical patients in an island and reef hospital were collected retrospectively,and types and characteristics of the surgeries were analyzed,in order to provide an important reference for the efficient implementation of medical services and security and the rational configuration of surgery-related software and hardware facilities.Methods Data and statistics of the actual operations in the island and reef hospital from July 12,2018 to May 11,2020 were collected and analyzed statistically.Results Basic data of a total of 25 patients were collected and after classification.We identified 6 cases(24.00%)of upper limb trauma surgery and acute appendicitis,3 cases of scrotum exploration and related treatments,3 cases of paranal abscess and anal fistula surgery(12.00%)and 1 case each of subauricular mass resection,oropharyngeal papilloma resection,buttock abscess incision and drainage,ocular granuloma resection,lipoma resection,left neck vascular exploration plus internal jugular vein repair,and chest wall sebaceous cyst resection(4.00%).Conclusion Among the reasons for the types of surgery,training injuries and trauma accounted for 40%,while the proportion of appendicitis,a common disease of the general population,was also relatively high in specific young people on islands and reefs.The special island and reef environment may cause high incidence of perianal diseases.Thus,the software and hardware configuration of targeted medical and health support needs to be properly prepared for the above aspects.
