摘要
目的:研究评估-沟通-监测-患者-环境(ACMPE)管理模式对急性心肌梗死患者介入术后医嘱依从性及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年9月至2023年9月福建省惠安县医院收治的行介入术治疗的急性心肌梗死患者72例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组行常规术后护理,观察组应用ACMPE管理模式的护理,均护理2个月。比较2组患者护理1、2个月的遵医性,用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评估患者护理前后的睡眠质量。结果:观察组护理1、2个月按时服药次数及服药天数均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理2个月后观察组各维度PSQI得分及总分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ACMPE管理模式能显著提高AMI患者介入术后医嘱依从性,改善患者睡眠障碍,提高睡眠质量。
Objective:To study the impacts of the assessment-communication-monitoring-patient-environment(ACMPE)management mode on postoperative order compliance and sleep quality in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods:A total of 72 AMI patients who underwent interventional treatment in Hui'an County Hospital from September 2021 to September 2023 were randomly divided into a control group(36 cases,routine nursing)and an observation group(36 cases,ACMPE management mode).The compliance of patients for 1 and 2 months,and the sleep quality assessed by Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were compared.Results:The observation group had significantly higher frequency and duration of medication on time at 1 and 2 months(P<0.05);The SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the conventional group,and the PSQI scores and total scores of all dimensions were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:ACMPE management mode can significantly improve the postoperative medical order compliance of AMI patients,improve their sleep disorders,and enhance their sleep quality.
