摘要
针对当前暖通空调系统可视化程度低、运维数据利用不充分、模型仿真效果差等问题,本文提出了一种基于数字孪生技术的暖通空调系统智慧运维方法。首先,通过借鉴数字孪生五维模型,从物理实体、虚拟实体、服务、孪生数据及连接5个方面详细阐述了暖通空调数字孪生框架,论述了构建暖通空调数字孪生系统必要的关键技术;其次,分析了系统可视化监测、流程能耗分析、模型仿真模拟、冷热负荷预测及设备故障诊断5类应用服务;最后,探讨了数字孪生技术在暖通空调系统中应用面临的问题和挑战,并对未来发展方向进行了展望。
Aiming at the problems such as low visualization degree,insufficient use of operation and maintenance data,and poor model simulation effect of HVAC systems,this paper proposes an intelligent operation and maintenance method for HVAC systems based on digital twin technology.Firstly,by drawing on the five-dimensional model of digital twin,the HVAC digital twin framework is described in detail from five aspects:physical entity,virtual entity,services,twin data and connection,and the key technologies necessary for constructing HVAC digital twin system are discussed.Secondly,five kinds of application services are analysed,including system visual monitoring,process energy consumption analysis,model simulation,heating and cooling load forecasting,and equipment fault diagnosis.Finally,the challenges and problems faced by the application of digital twin technology in HVAC system are discussed,and the future development direction is prospected.
