软土地区基坑工程后退式注浆对邻近管线沉降影响实测分析

摘要 软土地区基坑工程后退式注浆对邻近管线沉降影响的实测分析鲜有报道。依托杭州国际金融中心江河汇项目,对邻近基坑管线进行了沉降监测,通过对比分析有无后退式注浆下邻近基坑管线的沉降差异,研究后退式注浆对邻近管线沉降的控制效果,结果表明:基坑开挖引起邻近管线的最大沉降发生在第1道撑拆除时基坑沿边中心处,后退式注浆下管线最大沉降相比无后退式注浆要减小5~11mm,总体减小约32%~65%;在开挖第2层土时引发的管线沉降增量远小于未注浆下开挖引发的管线沉降增量;在底板浇筑到拆撑阶段,后退式注浆保护下管线最大沉降增量为4.49mm,远小于未注浆下的管线最大沉降增量9.77mm;通过分析沉降差值可以发现后退式注浆对管线的保护效果随着开挖工序的进行越明显。总体而言,后退式注浆可以有效降低施工过程中的管线沉降。 There are few reports on the measurement analysis of the influence of backward grouting on the settlement of adjacent pipelines in soft soil areas.Relying on the Jianghehui Project of Hangzhou International Financial Center,the settlement monitoring of adjacent foundation excavation pipelines was carried out.The control effect of backward grouting on the settlement of adjacent pipelines was studied by comparing and analyzing the settlement differences of adjacent foundation excavation pipelines with or without backward grouting.The results indicate that the maximum settlement of adjacent pipelines caused by foundation excavation occurs at the center of the foundation excavation along its edge when the first support is removed.The maximum settlement of pipelines under backward grouting is reduced by 5~11mm compared with that without backward grouting,and the overall reduction is about 32%~65%.The settlement increment of the pipeline caused by the excavation of the second layer of soil is much smaller than that caused by the excavation without grouting.From the bottom slab pouring to the dismantling support stage,the maximum settlement increment of the pipeline under the backward grouting protection(4.49mm)is much smaller than that without grouting(9.77mm).Through the analysis of settlement difference,it can be found that the protection effect of the backward grouting on the pipeline is more obvious during the excavation process.In general,the backward grouting can effectively reduce the pipeline settlement during the construction process.
