摘要
基坑开挖会对支护结构及周围环境产生应力与应变,因此在工程建设中对基坑进行监测十分必要.为解决基坑监测信息化程度低、人工方式采集数据效率低的问题,采用C/S模式、C#编程语言、关系型数据库MySql、全球导航卫星系统、导轮式固定测斜仪和自主研发的太阳能自供电传感器,以无线传输的方式,开发一套深基坑智能联网监测与预警系统.该系统实现了信息集中管理,监测数据实时读取、自动存储查询、计算和分析,图表自动绘制、自动预警报警,具有数据预测、事故处理分析和快速生成报表的功能.该系统通过监测仪器自动采集基坑信息,并进行数据分析及预警,提升了监测效率和安全保障.
The excavation of foundation pit inevitably affects the stresses and deformations of supporting structures and surrounding environment,so it is necessary to keep on monitoring foundation pit in engineering construction.In order to solve the problems of low information level of excavation monitoring and low efficiency of manual data collection,a set of intelligent network monitoring and warning system for deep foundation pits is developed by means of wireless transmission which adopts the C/S mode,C#object-oriented language,relational database MySql,GNSS,fixed inclinometer and self-powered sensor by solar energy.The monitoring system realizes the centralized management of information including data real-time reading,automatic saving and query,automatic calculation and analyses,automatic charts drawing,and automatic warning and alarm.The system also had the functions of data prediction,accident processing and analyses and rapid report generation.Through the monitoring instrument,the system can automatically analyze foundation pit information and give early warnings,and can further improve the monitoring efficiency and safety guarantee in foundation pit engineering.
